We are led to believe that it is the buyer that pays the comission, but actually, the 6K Euros plus euros that put on your price is morally money lost to the seller.I would appreciate to hear from someone, who with the use of advertising, plus web sites and possible other methods, like local and maybe UK notice boards, has made a successful sale. Sunday Driver Posted January 26, 2007 Share Posted January 26, 2007 Are you expecting to add the 6K euros commission (that the buyer would normally have paid to the agent) to your selling price?
