In my case (and I don’t live in 18), the local commune has a couple of roofers – thus the phone book and commune magazines are a good place to look. You may find your best bet is to ask around neighbours, etc. Another possibility is to keep your eyes open when driving around as you may easily see properties being re-roofed (thee are quite a few I see around the place) and ask the roofers/owners.If you purchased recently via a French agent, they may know the local artisans and recommend/put you in touch with somebody.Then there is always the standard answer of asking at the Marie (which will probably get you put in touch with somebody).Same sort of (applicable) methods probably good for finding a plumber as well.Ian Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
