montagrier
I am was having a conversation with myself and we were discussing weather as an artisan we had to make sure that the client had planning permission before we did any work that required the said documents. For example.... Mr smith says he wants a window in the wall and that he has planning permission... is it our duty as an artisan to make sure he is telling the truth... and if he is not and the window goes in place do we as an artisan take any flack for putting in said window.Who wears the ball and chain if things go wrong?monti... deep in thought
chris pp
As the artisan who performs the work, monti, you are always responsible for everything, you actually do it and must be sure that everything is in order.Papers, papers, always see the papers!Chris
