Ratings:Project management 5/10 (forget it, do it yourself, you'll be much better at it)Interpersonal skills 7/10 (and that was once we got to know her!)Quality of plans / PdeC application 9/10 (excellent) It would be 'quite a hike' for her down to Narbonne from here: if you're interested, let me know and I'll ring to find out whether she'd be up for it. Approx value of works?Can't help feeling that you should try to make contact with the local professional body (sorry, don't know what it's called) and have the President recommend somebody.
