Cheminee Regualations

I am currently building our utility / boiler room and am putting in a terracotta brick cheminee for the boiler exhaust to go through the roof.

I believe that for these cheminees installed on a woodburner, the cheminee must be at least 16cm from any timber in the floor and roof - does anyone know if this is the same for an oil fired boiler flue?
