New EDF connection

I'm currently renovating a barn in dept 11. I'm at the end stages of the wiring getting it all to specs for the consuel inspection, but can any one point me to the last post. Do I have to install the main disjoncteur de branchement and compteur or is that up to EDF?

They are EDF's responsibility (although they usually sub-contract their installation). They will do it when you present them with the C-of-C from CONSUEL.
