HoneySuckleDreams
Just a quicky....I want to put our boiler (Biasi - fuel oil fired) on to a separate disjoncteur, so I can meddle with it in isolation without turning all the rest of the electrics in the house off. At the moment it's plugged into a normal plug on the wall. Can anyone tell me if it should be a 10A/16A/20A or lower? Or how to calculate it? plumber
A 5 amp fused spur would suffice. [8-|]
shimble
your boiler should be connected to a 16Adisjoncter divisionaire with 2.5mm cable and nothing else on the line the disjoncter is then connected to a type ACinterupter differntial from the book "installation electrique" by thierry gallauziax an indispensable if not confusing book 5 amp fuse mes couilles
Nick Trollope
A 5 amp fused spur would suffice. [8-|]
There are no fused spurs in France. Fuses can only be used in "renovations", but noone in their right mind would use one, with DD's now costing less than 10€.
Anton Redman
It depends what the manufacturers rating for peak power coinsumption of the pump and control circuits of the cebtral heating system is.
