Just a thought that needs some advice...would it be feasable to use,in the uk,two chauf eaus, one for water, one for heating as a replacement for gas  boiler heating, the one for heating coupled to a standard c.h.pump both run from mains pressure. My boiler has given up and i am tired of gas bills...thank you in advance.

No.

A CH boiler is typically 35,000W, a 200L chauffe-eau about 2000W. Gas will always be cheaper than electricity (you hope!).
