fluff
Quite a lot of it! complement d'addresse, localite de destination. We want to add two french doors to the exterior wall. Do we need to fill in section 2 Terrain. Section 3 Projet, what goes here. And section 33 Densite de la construction, I take it we only fill in the Batiment existant section but what goes in - surfaces hors oeuvre brutes? Surfaces deduites? and Surfaces hors oeuvre nettes? Help!!!!
andyh4
I am fairly certain that adding French doors ad changing the external appearance will require a permis de construire and not a ddt.
fluff
Hi AndyThe local town hall said we only need the ddt! What do I do know?
Cassis
You're okay with a declaration de travaux if all you're doing is installing 2 porte fenêtres.Do we need to fill in section 2 Terrain. YES - THIS IS THE ADDRESS WHERE THE PROPOSED WORK IS TO BE DONESection 3 Projet, what goeshere. TICK 321 AND TICK AUTRE AND FILL IN 328 "INSTALLATION DE DEUX PORTES FENETRES, CONSTRUCTION EN (INSERT MATERIAL E.G. "BOIS" or "ALU") COLORIS (INSERT COLOUR E.G. "CHENE CLAIR NATUREL" or "PEINTURE VERT" or "BLANC" or whatever)." And section 33 Densite de la construction, I take it we only fillin the Batiment existant section but what goes in - surfaces horsoeuvre brutes? Surfaces deduites? and Surfaces hors oeuvre nettes? JUST FILL IN THE FIRST LINE AND PUT ZEROS IN THE OTHER 6 BOXES. SHOB IS THE SURFACE AREA OF ALL FLOORS INCLUDING WALLS - MEASURE THE OUTSIDE DIMENSIONS OF THE HOUSE TO CALCULATE THE GROUND SURFACE IT OCCUPIES AND MULTIPLY BY THE NUMBER OF FLOORS IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE SHOB. YOUR SHON YOU CAN GET OFF YOUR LAST TAXE D'HABITATION. SURFACE DEDUITS IS YOUR NON-HABITABLE AREAS INCLUDED IN THE SHOB - YOU CAN CALCULATE THIS BY DEDUCTING SHON FROM SHOB.YOU MUST ALSO SUPPLY THREE COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING:A SCALE PLAN (between 1/5 000 and 1/25 000) OFTHE HOUSE AND ITS PLOT (A PLAN CADASTRAL IS IDEAL)A SCALE PLAN (between 1/50 and 1/100) SHOWING THE EXISTING BUILDING FACADES AND ANOTHER SHOWING THE PROPOSED ALTERATIONS, OR A PHOTOGRAPH SHOWING HOW IT NOW AND ANOTHER WITH A DRAWING OF THE ALTERATIONS SUPERIMPOSED. IF YOU HAVE A BROCHURE OR SIMILAR IT WOULD BE ADVISABLE TO ATTACH A PICTURE OF THE PROPOSEDDOORS TO THE PLAN.I don't think you need to provide a complete facade, elevation and ground plan as you are not altering anything other than the facade, but you might want to check this with the Mairie. In any case ask the Mairie secretary to have a look at the plan/forms with you to make sure everything is in order.
