Dave
We still have the EJP tariff which we find to be a very economical tariff option. Our supply at the moment is 12kw but I understand that the EJP tariff includes up to 18kw and we would like to increase our capacity. Has anyone managed to increase their capacity and kept the EJP tariff?

BJSLIV
It the tariff that preceded Tempo, and was closed to new customers about 7 years ago. You would need to ask Edf firstly whether you could physically upgrade, and secondly whether the upgrade would terminate your existing beneficial contract. They may require you to move to a newer , more costly , contract.
Le 47
John - the point of your post was.............? Looking at the EDF page for EJP it seems it is no longer offered so changes may be difficult. http://www.edf.fr/141107i/EDF-Particuliers/mon-energie-au-quotidien/mon-tarif-electricite/l-option-EJP.html&onglet=3Can you just ask EDF?Bill
Chezstevens
We are on 18kw EJP and have been told by the EDF that any changes such as moving our grey box etc would negate our contract and they would change our contract. The EJP contract is much cheaper with just 22 days, between Nov and March, at 10 times the reduced tarif (approx 3 times the normal rate). EJP, I believe, was terminated in 1998 or thereabouts. We have had our house since 1993 so will put up with the grey box where it is. Cheap rate will help with heating and running the pool when we install it.
