Damp problem / builder needed in Somme Region

Hi,

I am new to this site. We have a house on the Somme / Pas-de-Calais border, we have had the house for over 4 years but this year we have developed a huge problem with damp and mould.  We are desperate to get a builder to look at the job but have very few contacts.  The only English speaking contact we know has not been reponding to our calls.  Does anybody know of any builders in this region that may be able to quote for this kind of job?  We also need central heating fitting and maybe someone to connect sky dish to roof.  There are also a million and one other jobs that need looking at (did I mention the derelict outbuildings and loft conversion?..) but it's one step at a time.. and up to now it's been one step forward and two steps back  Any help / advice will be greatly received.
