Clair Posted September 19, 2007 Share Posted September 19, 2007 I don't know if this is going to help... but I have attached some nylon string in a zig-zag on the underside of the beam to support the layer of insulation.This was done in an unused cellar where we stock seldom needed items and where the ceiling is flat not sloping.
