self build in the alps

Can anybody help us,

We are building a chalet in the french alps and in order for us to get a french mortgage (Which we really need!!)

we need insurance called dommage ouvarage, does anybody know how we can get this.

We are not employing an architect to run the site as they are mega expensive. We have friends looking after it.

We have all the right masons etc working on the project with their own insurance, not  this overall insurance.
