joidevie
I'm having difficulty making sense of the tarif for Gaz de ville.. I have 3kw / or 6kw electricity and will have Gaz central heating and gaz cooker. Is there a combined package / abonement standing charge ?What is the current monthly charge for gaz alone ?Many thanks.
Clair
Since the deregulation of EDF/GDF tariffs, GDF has been offering a dual-energy tariff. You can choose to commit for 1 year or 2 years: DolceVita 2 en
Clair
Be aware that if you choose an electricity supplier other than EDF, you will never be able to register with EDF at a later date for the tariffs shown on the EDF site on your other thread (6 or 3kw).Once you leave EDF regulated tariffs, it's forever. joidevie
Great.. Now it's time to crunch the numbers on 1 or 2 years... Consomation will be lowish as it's a second home, so taking the lower abonement will be more cost effective than the higher unit charge.. A bit like mobile phones with low use.. Also, in year one with gaz it may be prudent to stick with the 'state' supplier to see how it all pans out.How long before EDF / GDF get rumbled on the monopoly... Not content with blocking the competion, they're even supplying my flat in London!
