Can anybody help me, for new build

what is a DCL, and some idea of how to wire it.

how many telephone points, i belive it is one in every room, but what about the kitchen and the hall.

and what rooms for tv points.

DCL is a "dispositif de connexion luminaire" ( a lighting socket), mounted in wall or ceiling and are mandatory for new installations. Connections are obvious (Live neutral and earth) and are usually by push-in automatic connectors.

Telephone point (actually, must now be RJ45 not "T") in kitchen, not hall. Same regs for TV sockets - one of each in every "major" room, including the kitchen.
