Val_2 Posted March 12, 2008 Share Posted March 12, 2008 Having rung EDF to discuss a technical problem with one of their technicians for a client of ours recently and spending less than 20mins overall talking, today I got a phone bill with an extra invoice for this at 35€. It was itemised at 1,40€/minute + charges so beware of calling EDF for anything unless you really have to. Even checking regarding a power cut will result in being transferred and a seperate bill issued as I have found out recently as well. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
