Parquet flooring

Despite lots of dust sheets decorators covers and the like we have had one or two accidents with the flooring on the first floor.  Its been in place for some considerable time and is (was) wonderful.

The main problem seemingly has been caused by the paper stripper steam and the egress of some water plus associated wear and tear through the decorations.

Having looked at M Bricolage and the like there is a plethora of products from renovating parquet flooring.

Has anyone please faced this problem and could you suggest the most appropriate product for the work
