veerle
We are a young belgian couple with 4 children and started 4 years ago a now good turning bed and breakfast in the Cantal (Auvergne). www.ferme-de-vazerat.com My wife, unfortunate, is homesick and wants to return to Belgium close to her family. For the childrens sake we want to find a buyer as quickly as possible. Which are the best sites or ways to attract English people? Thanks for your ideas... Sunday Driver
Have a look at this site:Le Partenaire EuropeenSearch by region/price - Private sales - No sales commission - International coverage. We used them extensively when looking for a house in France. Each property advert includes general location maps and comprehensive house details. Most adverts include lots of photos, and many showadditional floorplans and cadestral plans. It's a very well presented site.

Will
Free advertising sites are often free for a good reason - they just don't attract the potential customers in the same way as a paid-for, properly marketed medium. By all means try them, you have nothing to lose except time, but if you want a quick sale at a fair price you will probably be better off going through the normal channels (i.e. paid for advertising or using an estate agency). Gastines
If you had to register with the C.d.C. make sure from your Notaire that you are not liable for the 26% commercial tax on any increase in value of the part of the property used for business..It might save a shock coming later.Regards.
