chocccie
does anybody know on an online supplier of wet and stick plasterboard tape please? (like this stuff ... http://www.drywall-emporium.com/wet&stick_webpage.htm ... this company does post to France, but it makes it pretty expensive for a few rolls of tape). Cheers [:)]

Chancer
But they dont sell the tape he wants!Choccie. If you do source it here can you post where as I would also buy some, the fibre glass sticky (my ar5e) stuff I consider to be worthless other than to generate sales revenue, of the paper ones I find the micro-perforated works best but finding it is hit and miss, your wet n stick stuff looks to be very handy. chocccie
It's cracking stuff JR, really makes the job easier. I'm going to buy some from UK and gulp when I get the bill! I'll keep looking for it over here and post if I find it. I hate the fibre glass stuff too, it never does what I want it to.(I'm a she, not a he, by the way [Www] )

chocccie
not quite ... you saidBut they dont sell the tape he wants! I gave up joints years ago .. but yes, the did used to be pretty smooth!!! [:P] I ended up placing an order with the UK company - p&p not bad if you want to place a large order - once the P&P goes up to £12, you can order masses for it. It's just annoying when one roll takes the P&P up £4! So I ordered more to get my money's worth (have I been had??)
La Guerriere
Just thought I would bring this back up as I bought some and have just spent a few days disguising my dodgy plasterboarding. Great stuff and ideal for the ham-fisted amateur (like wot I am)
