The property has a CU and planning permission has been granted for our plans which included putting in 2 new openings/windows.We now realise that we would like to have another opening/window installed. The window would not overlook any properties or gardens, just beautiful farmland and woods. Will I need to go through a formal planning application process again or is it a case of popping down to the Marie for a chat?Thanks in advance!
