VBLewis Posted March 25, 2009 Share Posted March 25, 2009 We are purchasing a property near Libaros (next to Galan) in the Hautes-Pyrénées, and searching for an architect with experience with residential renovations and conversions, ideally knowledgable about geo-thermal and other self-sustanting environmentally friendly practices. Also, if English speaking that would be a plus. In addition, we would like referrals for builders and artisans, including a gardening/landscape designer. I haven't used him so I'm not sure about the design aspect, but he does all the landscaping in the village.
