I have dialled an 0810 126126 nmber and the recording is saying that it's changed, but our french isn't good enough to catch it all. Thanks alot. goose Posted May 21, 2009 Share Posted May 21, 2009 We had the same problem Belle and we sent them an email to simpleenergywithedf@edf.fr and a reply in English was sent very quickly. We have now sorted out our probelm (they were going to cut us off as a contract hadn't been signed - we hadn't been sent one although we had followed all the requirements after the purchase [8-)] ).Good luck.
