ChezShells
HiA friend is looking into buying more than one property (three), all owned by same person , does anyone know if there is a setup with the electricity/water/tax habitation/foncieres etc so that they pay one lot instead of seperate bills per property. They are all neighbouring properties.I suspect there will be 3 seperate lots. Clair
One bill only in the owner's name (same owner for all properties), listing all the built and unbuilt properties/land, each with the relevant "parcelle" numbers.
