Problem with Fosse urgent

Hi all,

A friends gite had a blocked toilet whilst they gad guests staying, they rang us from england to help out, my OH did all the normal stuff of trying to unblock it but then gave up and called the professionals out. They came out and emptied the foss and cleared the blockage though they never seen anything fall through that was causing it. Two weeks later the same thing happened, we called the company back out and they found a plastic bag and baby wipes to be the cause.

Now with new clients in the same has happened again, the company are refusing to come out till wed am.

We know the pipes have been cleared to the fosse so am at a loss what it could be, the new clients are French who have a fosse so they know how to be using it.

Does anyone know were we could hire a port a loo from in the St Medard d'Excideuil area? and what they are called in the pages juanne?
