Angie
Hi allWe are thinking of fitting some wooden balustrades around our terrace; however we can only find the wood itself plus spindles in our DIY store. I'm sure I've seen these in ready made in panels of say 1 or 2 metres and just need to be bolted to posts. Does anyone have experience of these or where we can find them. Also, the floor of the terrace is concrete - are the supporting posts fitted to the "floor" using those "cup" type metal holders? If so, any idea what they are called as we can't find them for sale anywhere. Thanks

Théière
Just be careful Steve as you will be fixing into the end grain of the timber posts, so best to pilot drill to prevent splitting.
