dexter
I`ve seen, (and visited) a property that would suit me very well when I eventually sell up in the UK. It consists of two smallish houses joined together, one house has been almost completely renovated whilst the other one is the complete opposite. It will need a total gut job on it inside,(new floors stairs etc). My question is, what if any, permission would I need to carry out this type of renovation? The work would be confined to the inside of the property only and the present owners have already replaced the windows and made good the roof. Nick Trollope
None. Assuming; a)That it is a house at the moment (as opposed to a byre, barn, sty or whatever) and b)you are making no changes to the exterior.
