Chancer
I am surprised that you cant get through to them, whenever I ring the number on the bill I get through to someone pretty much instantly and they are (for France) very well trained in Customer service techniques, shock horror they even know how and when to say sorry, when I politely told them of a recurrent problem on their website that flashes up an incorrect message making you think you have paid the previous bill for a second time and not the current one, they apologised and gave me a refund of €20 to show their regret.
