Anton Redman II
As far as I am aware if you had a connection before than no certs or info to EDF.If you did not have a connection before you still need an inspection from the CONSUEL.
Gluestick
With one caveat, Anton. That the work all conforms to the latest normes for resale purposes later on.Then, of course, there remains the old concern with insurance: if the work fails to conform, then some insurers may well repudiate any subsequent fireclaim, proven to be electrical in nature, where normes have not been adhered to.Therefore whilst a CONSEUL certification is not essential for connection, since the supply is already extant, after suffering the significant expense of a total re-wire, is it not sensible to demand certification subsequently?Personally, I would.Since any non-conformity to normes would thereby show up.And the OP could therefore demand rectification at no cost.
