but....how much does a Klargester system... or a a fosse septique Eparco plus a "filtre compact Eparco" cost ?

Whilst Eparco is marketed on a franchised turnkey basis the Simco units can be purchased for "self installation".

Our spanc lady said eparco was the only one she would accept and you're right of course, their price includes installation. Mind you that shouldn't account for more than 2k at the absolute most if its on an easily accessible plot. The guy that did our non conforming as yet system, a neighbours cousin, charged €700ish. Including 13tons of cheapo sandy hardcore. I did the plumbing etc he just dug the holes and put it in.
