jonnymarre
I have 3 separate buildings which I intend to feed from one main supply I have coming into my property. On a recent Consuel inspection for the 1st building I have completed the inspector told me I would need to have inspections for the other 2 buildings when they are finished as it isn't per supply but per 'logement'. Can somebody please explain how this will happen as now I have the permanent supply and obviously have no intention of applying for any further Consuel inspections? NickP
It may be the case that if you should have a fire, and you claim on the insurance the assessor may ask to see the individual inspection certificates. But don't take my word for it as I am no expert, just a pessimist.
