Having had over 18 months to find the time and energy to complete the job we find ourselves in the same position again asking for it all to be completed by a certain date otherwise we cannot pay the outstanding amount.What paperwork do you require once a place has been rewired, re-plumbed including gas tank and gas bolier, all building work? Dog Posted August 26, 2010 Share Posted August 26, 2010 ... you waste money on overpriced lawyers and get stressed suing the builder; they countersue you, the work doesn't get finished and they don't give you a ten year insurance on the bodge jobs they did for you...
