wallifer
We've got to replace some tiles on the roof, would it be best to use scaffolding or a cherry picker and how easy is it to hire a cherry picker.I know I need to get permission from the mayor to work on the road side but where do I get the cones and road signs to warn the mad drivers who use our hill as a racing track. Nick Trollope
Try your local hire shop for scaff or a cherry picker and the rest of the gubbins. By the time you have gone through all this, spent the money, arranged the insurance and the like, you may realise why "the French" just stick a ladder made from liteau in the gutter... wallifer
Wish it was that simple Nick, but one side of the house has a road ditch along it and the traffic belts down the road and another side of the house doesn't have a flat enough surface to put a ladder up it, also it's so tall I won't let my husband go up a ladderA cherry picker seems the safest way of doing the work
