Gardener
I am thinking of using this in the kitchen and bathrooms as the walls aren't too great and neither are my plastering skills! It doesn't come cheap, but I think it would be a better option than paper wallpaper. Is it good stuff or something to steer clear of?
Cendrillon
Toile de verre is excellent stuff IMHO we have it everywhere. You stick it on (and will never get it off again!) then paint it with emulsion so it can be wiped or touched up with more paint if necessary. It's really great if your walls are not in top class condition.

Cendrillon
The Toile de Verre paper comes in different finishes, some have very fine patterns in the paper and other patterns are more obvious. You also need to select the right type to match the "quality" of your walls.
