Albert the InfoGipsy
I'm tempted to consider living permanently in a motor caravan ('camping car') for the first few years of my retirement. The idea would be to have a base in France and to tour a fair bit. Does anyone know how the limits of use for a terrain de loisirs are defined? For example, how long could I stay there at any one visit? If anyone can point me at the appropriate regulations I'd be grateful.
Richardk
From simply hearing what others have said over time I believe you are restricted to the total amount of time rather than each individual period. I 'think' it's no more than 3 or 4 months per year. Richard
Ian
I'm no expert (but hey that doesn't stop me!) but a pal of mine who writes for a Motorhome magazine is forever telling me that france is the best place in the world for motorcaravanning - and he's not French! Bon voyage.
