Théière
Is it really working out at €150 per m2 or €75 per m2 and the rest for structural timber work?
euro
for simplicity i have divided total costs of all works by the no of m/2the job is removing old farmhouse beams / roof trusses/ chevrons etc and replacing with a modern factory built roof which will be hidden behind plasterboarding anyway.so any comparisons should be for similair work.hope that helps
