Théière Posted November 7, 2011 Share Posted November 7, 2011 We had a base 12kw supply and expected EDF to reduce this to 9KW when they visited but instead they switched us to heures creuses.With no published tariff sent in the amended paperwork I need to know (with the forums help please) what the charges are per kw/h for a 9kw supply and what the charges are for the HC supply.Do you pay more just for having the HC supply (like you do for a higher rated supply) or just for the electricity used outside of the HC hours because as we are not resident then the only winners from HC are likely to be EDF if the cost is higher than a base supply.
