Pickles
So I was reading this in Le Monde:http://www.lemonde.fr/politique/article/2012/07/10/le-senat-abroge-le-droit-automatique-d-agrandir-de-30-son-logement_1731874_823448.htmlNow, I think I knew that there was an automatic right to extend so long as it didn't go above a certain percentage of the existing floor area. I hadn't realised that Sarko had increased this to 30% in March (to be honest, as we have an apartment, it's a bit difficult to see how this would affect us anyway!), but now this law has been scrubbed. Does that mean that the pre-existing right is now re-imposed? Or that the pre-existing right has gone as well?I'm having a confused day today ...
