Chezstevens
Our local farmer has approached us to sell 2 Ha in July. This issloping land, divided into 2 fields that are to grass, that is boggy atthe base of the slope. The land adjoins our property but isoutside the boundaries of the village. It has no outline planningpermission and no likelihood of obtaining said.We are interested in purchasing the land and believe a figure of 6-7000 euros would be appropriate plus fees.Has anyone a better grasp of current figures for agricultural land? We are in southern Dept 79.Thank you
