PEMBY Posted April 2, 2008 Share Posted April 2, 2008 Hello, I am buying a property that has had plans passed with the previos owner, i would like to amend the plans. the plans show three upstairs windows on th front elevation, i would like to add an additional window to the same elevation. is this likely to be a problem. we have no overlooking neighbers on this side. Val_2 Posted April 3, 2008 Share Posted April 3, 2008 Possibly a problem but unless you submit a new set of plans showing the changes you won't get a definitive answer on a francophile forum as its the local DDE who have the final say.The neighbour problem with overlooking dosn't seem to apply to many cases of planning permission in France.
