Help required please,tuppence[/quote]Hi, The CERFA number is the reference number put on all official forms by the printers and is usually at the top of the first page (can be left or right) under the oval CERFA logo. I presume that all the others things asked for I have input correctly, Annee = 2009: Numero d'imprime 2042 K: Impot = Impot sur le revenu; Numero CERFA = 10330 14.
