Gunner Posted April 9, 2005 Share Posted April 9, 2005 We live 10 minutes out of Saintes and found a useful contact at France Telecom, who speaks very good english. Her name is Pascal Penon and her direct number is 0545901732. I haven't needed to speak to her for a while but hopefuly she is still there. I think she is based in Angouleme but it didn't seem to be a problem. She sorted everything for us - changing line to our name, setting up a new line, email account and ADSL.
