Advice on Cost of living Montpellier Region

I have been fortunate enough to be offered a job interview for a job based in Aimargues between Montpellier and Nimes (I think). They have asked me what my salary expectations. The problem I have is that I don't know the area and I wouldn't have any idea of the cost of renting a reasonable house would be and the general cost of living to make an estimate.

Can anyone give me an opinion? I live here in a 3 bed semi and would want to live in at least something with 2 bedrooms. I realise this is a very "how long is a piece of string" question but if you know the area well, you might be able to give me an idea of the sorts of monthly rents I would need to pay.

If you know of any websites that have houses for rent on which would give me an idea too that would be great.
