Beziers airport

I am flying into Beziers airport and have booked a car from Herzts to pick up at the airport ....Do they have an office there or will some one be meeting me ... ? As I can find no mention of an office when I try to google the map from there to my destination .... Anyone know ? Anyone picked a car up from there before ?

As far as I know they must, as my friend only deals with Hertz (gold member or whatever the terminology is !) and regularly uses Beziers.

I've tried contacting my friend today for confirmation but it seems an all day conference is more important then I am!!

According to Hertz website, the office is in th eterminal building as you might expect

It's hardly an office, just a tiny counter just as you come out of the baggage area (there was one person  on duty and consequently a long queue the last time I was there)

Be careful with Hertz at Béziers airport. They are not the same as the one in the town.

We used them because my family believed that they had a good deal by booking through Ryanair.

We had no vehicle check before we left, and the tank was only three-quarters full. There was no yellow jacket.

The security of leaving the keys in a cardboard box on return also left something to be desired (there was no one one duty before we were called into the departure lounge)

I will not deal with this particular branch again.

I believe there is also a Europcar at the airport.

I use Beziers 4 to 5 times a year,I agree about the queues sometimes,as for the 3/4 tank, you return the car with the same amount in,check the car before you leave and go back to the desk if you find any damage that is not listed.I have always found the 2 young ladies very helpful.
