Accomodation Lille or similar

My firm (solicitors) have a three day business meeting away each year. We normally stay in a large house or a couple of close houses and I would like to arrange it for Lille or similar for 2006, having been suggesting france for the past 10 years! We are looking to arrive 29th or 30th June and leaving 2nd July 2006.

Our requirements are sleeping for 8, preferably in seperate rooms, and a room large enough to hold our meetings in each day, so a large dining room or similar is good. Alternatively, a reasonable hotel with meeting room we can also book would be fine.

In the evenings we would wish to be close to restaurants and bars - we would not wish to drive very far if at all.

Can anyone recommend anything for us?

Rooms are very nice, though not exactly a bargain. Better dining to be had elsewhere in Lille.
