Does anyone know what the yearly climate and scenery is like between Chatillon-sur-Seine and Aignay le Duc?  We have seen a property that is situated between these 2 areas (not sure which village at the moment). 

Also:

Are there many Brits there?

I live just a little further south near Montbard. Generally the weather compared to southern england is hotter in the summer (around 30 - 35 degrees) and colder in the winter ( the temperature goes down to about -13 degrees or so).

The summer weather usually lasts well into September and the extreme cold is mostly in January/February.

There are a few British and other english speakers spread throughout the Burgundy region and you might try the web site below for more details. This is a non profit making association for english speakers.
