goldie lover
My young dog chewed a 50 euro note and some of it is missing. It still has the number at the bottom and part of the number at the top. I took it to Credit Agricole this morning but they said they couldn't replace it as some was missing. Does anyone know if I can send it off anywhere to be replaced, I know in UK you can send them to the Bank of England. I would appreciate any help. Thanks
Clair
You must go to a branch of the Banque de France and fill out a form to accompany the damaged note. The damaged note will be processed by the relevant department of the Banquede France. A refund will be made after technical inspections of the note,a check on your good faith and after cross checks with any theft which may havetaken place.
