Mac Posted December 12, 2011 Share Posted December 12, 2011 We have a deal with Orange (arranged when we bought the house a year ago so I don't know if it's still available) It's called Plus Net 2010 and costs about 40 euro a month-that includes the modem rental,ADSL,and unlimited free overseas calls (and the VAT ect). Can't remember, but I think their service was a bit flaky.Here's what we do:- France Telecom fixed line - 19€ TTC per month including 2 hrs of free calls within France.- Orange Découverte ADSL - 21€ TTC per month. High speed, rock solid.- Skype for phone calls to non-French landlines - 2 cents TTC per minute- Skype for phone calls to PC users - free- Windows Messenger for video calls to PC users - free- Facetime for video calls to iPad/iPhone users - free Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
suein56 Posted December 12, 2011 Share Posted December 12, 2011 We have SFR with a good ADSL connection of about 5 or 6 megathistles, all phone calls are included within France, except mobiles, and 100s of places abroad ie to the UK, USA etc etc. We even get 0870 calls to the UK free as part of our package, which is bizarre as they cost money if you are ringing them in the UK.Cost 36€90 per month.Sue Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
