"Anywhere" being where rigorous adhesion to the regulations isn't carried out. Being slavish to the E.U. is one thing accepting potential problems with the food chain is something else.These 'anywhere' places won't have scruples as to what they feed their cows. Keeping on trying to somehow point the finger at the U.K. is ridiculous, they didn't pass the E.U. reg. It was the E.U.
