See how nature - the trees, flowers, grass - grow in silence;

see the stars, the moon, the sun, how they move in silence...

we need silence to be able to touch soles.

Mother Teresa of Calcutta

That will be your challenge next year Sweet; to concentrate on your soul & not your soles. [;-)]

MT of C has a special message for you,

It is impossible to walk rapidly and be unhappy.
Mother Teresa

[:D] I'm sorry, it was irresistable.

Lol I only left it like that for a minutes -

Goudale is not the best beer for spellink...

It's so simple to be wise.

Just think of something stupid to say and say the opposite.

Too right, Ame.  However, I think if you looked after the body, the soul will look after itself (or something like that?)

Can't be a happy soul if my soles are hurting now, can I?

I'll try and remember to walk rapidly if I ever feel a bit down................thanks for telling me![:D][:P]

Years ago I was advised that there are two ways to behave at a meeting. You can just sit there, and look a twit.*

Or you can open your mouth - and prove it!

To Be or Not to Be: In Nature all life is a question of the minutest,

but extremely precisely graduated differences in the particular thermal motion

within every single body, which continually changes in rhythm

with the processes of pulsation.

This unique law, which manifests itself throughout Nature's vastness

and unity and expresses itself in every creature and organism,

is the "law of ceaseless cycles" that in every organism is linked

to a certain time span and a particular tempo.

The slighest disturbance of this harmony

can lead to the most disastrous consequences for the major life forms.

In order to preserve this state of equilibrium,

it is vital that the characteristic inner temperature

of each of the millions of micro-organisms

contained in the macro-organisms be maintained.
