Sad as they usually are, they rarely 'touch' me as much as this one.

Very talented, too young. Never a belly laugh - always a knowing chuckle. She always had a way of (gently) sending us all up.

Will never forget the car park sketch - "Take the card out ........"

Guardian, like you I don't usually contribute but like you, I felt very sad when I heard the news.

Such a clever lady.

The 'Two Soups' sketch makes me chuckle when I even think about it, never mind watching it.

 I greatly appreciated her wit, and the shock of her early death is all the greater for the suddeness of the surprise.

Her tribute this evening on BBC2 had us enthralled. Jimmy Tarbuck said that he would not have liked to follow her on stage. Before as a warm up, but not to try to follow! She was a very clever lady and I am glad that she has left so very much of her talent for us to enjoy.

So 'let's do it'
